    A More Complex Geometry

The problem of a more realistc geometry has been out there since the first 3D games. Every game developed with 3D rendering technologies are based on polygons, and it’s up to developers to recreate reality as faithfully as possible, in order to create a game that would captivate and be fun at the same time.

As it can be predicted, however, the usage of polygons in order to create characters and scenarios in games is the first and perhaps the most important problem: the geometric realism, as much as it’s been enhanced throughout the years, it’s still far from being truly and visibly real.

Even in the latest titles, there’s always the GPU limitations: the pixels are recreated as faithfully as possible, same for colors, but there are still geometrical details that miss.
